Iker Casillas is reportedly having another heart attack. The former Spanish goalkeeper was even rushed to the hospital. Why?
Reported by the Mirror, Casillas had played padel with several of his colleagues. Then, the former Real Madrid and FC Porto goalkeeper complained of pain in his chest.
A sharp pain attacked his left chest. He was rushed to the University of Madrid Quironsalud Hospital in Pozuelo de Alarcon, Spanish city, and entered the emergency room.
That moment occurred on April 28, 2021. However, some new media are reporting it now.
According to a Hello! Magazine report, Iker Casillas complained that his heart was beating much faster. Meanwhile, according to El Mundo, Casillas was told that what he was experiencing was not a heart attack. It is not clear what happened to him.
What happened to Casillas is certainly worrying. This is because the man who led Spain to win the 2010 World Cup and the 2008-2012 European Cup had a heart attack.
The exact case happened in May, two years ago. On May 1, 2019, Casillas suffered a heart attack while training with Porto.
As a result, Iker Casillas had to retire a year later. Now, he returns to Real Madrid and enters management.
